In the Themis navigation menu, select the "Reports" entry to enter the section dedicated to PDF reports.
Report Templates and Widgets
PDF reports consist of a set of graphic widgets that are embedded within a report. A report is generated from a report template. You can create multiple report templates. In the reports section, the left column shows the different existing models. There is a default report template in Themis.
You can click on an existing template to edit it, or click "New template" to add a new template. When you create a new report, you come to the following page:
You must first name your report and then add a set of widgets from the list. Widgets with a green color and a "+" button are available for adding. Once added, the color of the widget is red and you can remove it from the template by clicking on "-".
Once you have selected all your widgets, you can finalize your report template by clicking "Save".
Generate a PDF report
First, select the template to use for reporting in the left column. Then, you can configure your report by indicating the elements and the parameters: date of beginning and end of observation, projects and practices to be selected, and possibly filter by team and source.
Once done, you can click "Generate" to get the result and download the report. Note that a separate report is produced by practice. Tabs at the top of the PDF Viewer allow you to switch from one practice to another.
