Synchronizing a calendar in the Tracking view allows you to enjoy viewing your data series with an event calendar. A schedule of releases, or a schedule of holidays for members of your teams can thus be useful when interpreting the values of your series. Here is an example of a result:
To import a calendar and make it visible in the Track View, click the Add Calendar button on this page and located at the bottom of the left menu:
A window opens and offers a list of messaging services supported by Themis. Select the service by clicking on it, and click Go to the next step.
Import from Microsoft Exchange
If you have selected a Microsoft Exchange calendar, complete the form by giving the calendar server address and your credentials on this server. Then click on Validate connection. Themis will then verify that it is possible to connect to the server with the information provided. If the operation works, you can click Go to the next step. If not, it means that the information provided did not allow you to connect.
Themis then proposes to select a calendar among those which could be recovered, by means of a drop-down list. Select the calendar of your choice and click Go to the next step.
The last step is to select a color that will be used to display calendar events in the tracking view. Then click on Validate.
By default, calendars are refreshed automatically every hour. If you want to force update events in a calendar, select the context menu associated with the calendar, and click Refresh.
Change the display color
To update the calendar event display color, select the context menu associated with the calendar, and click Edit.
Delete a calendar
To permanently delete the data from a calendar, select the context menu associated with the calendar, and click Delete.
