Move Themis directory of installation

If you have followed the recommended procedure of installation, Themis directory of execution has to look like this when you execute it the ls -l command:

ubuntu@machine:~/Themis$ ls -al
total 24
drwxr-xr-x  5 ubuntu ubuntu 4096 Jul 31 08:32 .
drwxr-xr-x 10 ubuntu ubuntu 4096 Jul 31 08:31 ..
drwxr-xr-x  3 root   root   4096 Jul 31 08:31 db
-rw-r--r--  1 ubuntu ubuntu  898 Jul 31 08:32 docker-compose.yml
drwxr-xr-x  2 root   root   4096 Jul 31 08:31 log
drwxr-xr-x  2 root   root   4096 Jul 31 07:01 themis

This directory contains data created by the Docker containers and et persisted on the hard drive of your machine. If you wish to migrate the directory of installation to a new directory, the procedure is simple and consists of mainly moving these persisted files. The first step consist of stopping Themis and to remove the containers:

docker-compose stop && docker-compose rm

The containers are removed because they contain mount points to the files that will become obsolete.

In this example, the directory of installation is ~/Themis and we will migrate it in the /media/themis file. Here are the commands to follow for this (replace /media/themis by the file that you wish) :

mkdir /media/themis
sudo rsync -aqxP ~/Themis /media/themis

Thereafter, go to the new file. You will see that the former files have been moved. Relaunch Themis :

cd /media/themis
docker-compose up -d
