Show view overview

The Monitoring view presents the evolution of business indicators and crosses these data with the action plans carried out in Themis. By default, the data presented is bounded by the current period. You can navigate between different periods or get a full view by clicking the General button on the filter bar. The Tracking view is present in the Dashboard and consists of 4 separate blocks:



List of indicators (1)

This section lists the different indicators. For each indicator, we can read its value at the beginning of the period and its evolution between the beginning and the end of the period (or dates placed manually in the filter). It is possible to click on an indicator to display or hide it in the Indicator Evolution Graph (3).

At the bottom of the list of indicators, a button allows you to import or export datasets.


List of calendars (2)

This section lists the currently synchronized calendars. You can show or hide a calendar in the Indicator Evolution Chart (3) by clicking on the calendar in the list.

At the bottom of this list, a button allows you to import a new calendar.

This graph shows the evolution of the different indicators. The data series selected in the Indicator List (1) are displayed on the graph.

Events related to imported calendars (2) are also displayed as a horizontal bar extending from the start date to the end date of the event, it is possible to display the details of each event by passing the event. mouse on the event.

You can use filters to display only data related to specific folders or rules.

Action plans (4)

The action plan table can be unfolded by clicking on it. This table chronologically lists the action plans made on the current period with their start and end date.

By placing the mouse on one of them, a blue zone appears in the graph (3), this zone corresponds to the moment when the action plan took place.

If you click the filter button in the row of an action plan, the data displayed in the graph (3) will update to display the data corresponding to the types of actions covered by this plan. 'action. This filter allows you for example to display the evolution of the technical debt related to certain rules only.
